Three Factions. One Winner.

  • Lonestar faction emblem

    Lonestar

    Western Para-Military

Texas-tough grit, run like a company, not a country

The heavy-hitters of the Western para-military world. Bulkhead frames Lonestar by temperament rather than nation - the only one of the three built as a private contractor outfit, not a state army.

  • Valkyra faction emblem

    Valkyra

    Soviet Peopleโ€™s Republic

Fighting to return the Republic to greatness

A restorationist force, not a currently dominant one. In the WARDOGS setting the Soviet Peopleโ€™s Republic never dissolved, and Valkyra exists to drag it back to the top.

  • Manticore faction emblem

    Manticore

    Kingdom of Persia

Tehran's shadow army, quiet until it isn't

The Kingdom of Persiaโ€™s deniable-operations force. A Kingdom of Persia in this timeline means no 1979 revolution - Manticore moves in the dark until it strikes.

Faction names, allegiances and descriptions confirmed by Bulkhead (Feb 2026) โ€” mechanical differences between factions have not been announced.
